Welcome to Kamito Lakeside Retreat. We are delighted to host you in Asembo Bay, Kamito. Our home is designed to offer comfort, privacy, tranquillity and a closer connection with nature. To help every guest enjoy their stay and protect the property and its surroundings, please observe these guidelines.

IMPORTANT — PRIVATE RESIDENCE: The main house at the front of the compound is a separate private residence and is not included in your booking. Guests must not enter the main house, its verandas or adjoining private areas at any time. Your reservation covers the designated guest bungalow and only the outdoor areas specifically authorised by your host.

Keep these guides alongside your written booking confirmation. Your host will provide arrival arrangements and the cancellation terms accepted for your stay.

01

Guest accommodation and private areas

Your booking covers the designated three-bedroom guest bungalow and the guest areas specifically identified at check-in.

The main house at the front of the compound is a separate private residence and is strictly off-limits to guests, including its verandas and adjoining private areas.

Remain within the designated guest areas and respect restricted-access signs. Garden and outdoor areas may be enjoyed only where access has been expressly permitted.

02

Occupancy and visitors

The bungalow has three queen-size beds and accommodates up to six overnight guests, subject to the confirmed reservation. Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Obtain approval before inviting visitors onto the property. Unregistered visitors may not enter restricted areas. Parties, events and commercial gatherings require prior written approval.

03

Quiet hours and consideration

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Keep music, conversations and other noise at considerate levels, particularly in the evening.

Respect neighbouring homes, other occupants of the compound and the peaceful surroundings.

04

Smoking, alcohol and conduct

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the bungalow. If an outdoor smoking area is designated, use it and dispose of cigarette waste safely.

Illegal activities, harassment, violence and behaviour that endangers others are not permitted. Handle furnishings, appliances and the property with care.

05

Kitchen and self-catering

The kitchen is available for preparing your own meals. Wash dishes and utensils and leave the kitchen reasonably clean after use.

Store food securely and dispose of food waste in designated bins. Switch off cooking appliances after use and never leave cooking unattended.

06

Sustainability and care for nature

Switch off lights, air conditioning and appliances when leaving the bungalow or when they are not needed. Keep doors and windows closed while air conditioning is operating.

Use water thoughtfully and report leaking taps or other faults promptly. Separate recyclable waste where collection facilities are provided.

Avoid littering, damaging plants or disturbing birds and other wildlife. Do not burn waste or dispose of plastics in the garden or surrounding environment.

07

Safety and security

Lock doors and windows when leaving the bungalow. Keep personal belongings secure and report lost keys promptly.

Do not tamper with electrical equipment, safety devices or security systems. Keep emergency exits and access routes clear. Report accidents, damage, hazards or maintenance problems as soon as possible.

Children must be supervised by accompanying adults, particularly outdoors and near any water or uneven ground.

08

Cleanliness and checkout

Leave the bungalow in reasonable condition. Dispose of rubbish in designated bins and ensure appliances are switched off.

Follow the checkout instructions provided by the host and return keys as directed. Report accidental damage rather than leaving it undisclosed.

09

Respect for the local community

Kamito Lakeside Retreat is part of a living local community. Treat residents, workers and neighbours with courtesy. Do not photograph or record people without their consent.
